Integration Management Office (IMO) Leadership

We establish and run the IMO from Day 1 through completion. This includes building the master integration workplan, running cross-functional steering meetings, tracking milestones and owners, managing risks, and reporting to the PE sponsor on integration progress. The IMO is the operational nerve center of the integration, and Stonehill leads it.

Pre-Close Integration Planning

The 30–60 days before close are the most valuable preparation time you have. Stonehill uses this window to build the full integration strategy, identify workstream owners, prepare Day 1 communications, and complete pre-close tasks that cannot wait until after signing.
