Valerie DeLaVergne has nearly fifteen years’ experience in Business Intelligence; leveraging market research and customer data to provide actionable insights, drive strategy, and support data-driven decisions. Growing up in Austin, Valerie started her career there in Market Research for a small firm specializing in transportation and environmental research. After moving to Tampa in 2005, Valerie’s passion for data brought her to work in data & analytics, where she leveraged both transactional and market research data to develop a better understanding of the voice of the customer. Prior to joining Stonehill, she worked at AAA The Auto Club Group supporting multiple industries; including transportation, membership, insurance, travel, and banking. There she gained experience in analyzing data, developing core KPI’s to monitor the business, dashboard development, experimental design, model development, CRM optimization, agile methodologies, and data governance.
