Doug Pace has been considered one of the most innovative minds in management consulting and marketing strategy for over two decades. As CEO of Stonehill he leads the vision of the firm and enjoys working directly with the firm’s portfolio of clients. Doug founded Stonehill with the vision of bringing agile management practices found in entrepreneurial organizations to large companies. He found that his approach also provided process and structure to small organizations allowing them to accelerate their growth. Doug is a noted speaker on business design, marketing strategy, building innovative cultures, and Design Thinking.
Prior to founding Stonehill, Doug was Chief Operating Officer of Bayshore Solutions. Bayshore Solutions is a nationally recognized digital agency with offices in Florida and Colorado. During his tenure with the firm it was recognized by Ad Age magazine ten years in a row as a top 100 digital agency, six years by INC Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce as the Small Business of the Year, and by Microsoft as the Global Partner of the Year. Doug has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the 75 Most Influential Consultants in the United States.
Doug currently serves on the boards of numerous schools and organizations including the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, BBVA Compass Bank, Lions Eye Institute Foundation, Town of Belleair Infrastructure Committee, University of Florida’s College of Engineering, and the Hillsborough County Film Commission. His past affiliations include the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation, Tampa Bay Partnership, St. Petersburg Grand Prix, Pinellas County MPO, and Leadership Tampa Bay. Doug graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, has been recognized with an Executive Fellowship in Innovation from the University of South Florida, and holds a Certificate in Energy Innovation from Stanford University.
Julie Stollings - Analyst
Julie Stollings has almost a decade of experience in sales, marketing and retail. She is particularly passionate about building trusting relationships with customers, better understand their needs, and designing solutions that exceed their expectations. Prior to joining Stonehill she managed a niche retail business with physical and online operations. Julie was born and raised in Tampa, Florida where she still resides with her husband and dog. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences and a minor in Business Management. Her favorite pastimes include horseback riding, boating, reading, and spending time with her family.
Laura Roberts - Content Specialist
Laura Roberts is a professional writer and communication consultant, specializing in business marketing content and research-based persuasive prose. She brings a decade of writing experience to the team, and is well versed in matching a wide range of tones; from academic and technical writing, to site content and blog articles. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Roberts worked at the High Museum of Art on the print and audio media content for the LouvreAtlanta’s Eye of Josephine exhibit. Her dynamic visitor education materials, wall labels, and scripted content enhanced the visitor’s experience and helped diversify the viewership audience. After moving to the Tampa Bay area, she shifted her focus to the technical market, where she continued to hone her craft. Prior to joining Stonehill, Roberts worked at Restaurant Magic Software, where she led the team in drafting internal and client-facing written media for communication and education. Roberts has a BA, cum laude, in Art History and Classical Studies from Rollins College. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family.
